Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
The game works great! Played for several hours, multiple locations and characters.
What does not
Gecko cannot handle the log in and patcher... has to use IE7. Sound didn't work until setting mmdevapi to disable in winecfg.
What was not tested
Test results using 1.3.14 because 1.3.15 adds a mouse bug to playing causing issues for me. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26314
Normal Mac issues in X11... using Xquartz 2.6.0 with normal command line Wine for proper fullscreen support, with window decoration and control turned off in winecfg... and Wineskin 2.0 with engine WS7Wine1.3.14 also works fine as is.

I was the poster for the Mint (Lisa) test data. Choosing default settings on startup, even though it may warn about hardware requirements, results in great performance. I get the same experience as the Windows install, whereas at the time I did the initial test, it was slower than normal. I am not sure if this is the result of a game patch, or latest video drivers through Mint, but it is now quite fast enough to play PvP or any other scenario.
