What works

Nearly everything:

- Browsing the masterlist

- Adding favourites

- Connecting to servers via quick-connect

- Sound is working with ALSA again

- Playing the game with XP-like performance


What does not

- Connecting to servers via Masterlist/Favourites/RecentlyPlayed

The MTA error message is "Connecting to at port xxxx failed."  When using Quick Connect everything works fine.
