Description
iTunes 9.0 introduces several new features for the program.

-iTunes LP-- "Download select albums and experience a beautifully designed, interactive world right in your iTunes library"

And many other graphical, and playlist improvements.

Installing, running.


What does not

Once installed and run, a dialog is displayed stating that iTunes was not installed correctly and that I would not be able to import CDs. It said to re-install iTunes.

The screen blacked out a few times during installation, but returned.

The screen blacked out when running.  The iTunes window displays, but is not movable, and clicking on anything has no effect.


What was not tested
Didn't try to read wine logs or look for workarounds.

iTunes and iPod shuffle

It is possible to let iTunes syncing my ipod shuffle? When I connect iPod shuffle iTunes don't show it in devices =|

The install window won't even open up for me. I click on the setup icon and nothing happens.

Workaround

SuperUser.com has a workaround to get iTunes running inside VirtualBox with full USB and iPhone support:
superuser.com/questions/70943/sync-iphone-in-windows-xp-running-as-virtualbox-guest-under-ubuntu-9-10

I know this is no solution for Wine, but it's a useful workaround for those who need it.

The lowest down result is bogus, read it. An admin needs to remove it as it is skewing the results or at least it will when this IS supported.

Installation works fine. When I run itunes it says that installation is broken and that I wont be able to import music from cd or burn music onto cd. itunes crush when try to connect to itunes store
