The installation of Games for windows LIVE- along with the installation of Windows Live Sign-in Assistant, which is needed in order for the app to run
What does not
An installation of a Windows Hotfix KB Update which is required in order to run Games for Windows. without this, the app is useless

The Actual application and the many games that cal be installed with Games for Windows LIVE.
Additional Comments
I see an install of gfl with Winetricks, so something tells me that winehq is desperately trying to get this to work.also, prior to the installation, .Net Framework 2.0 and DirectX was installed. along with an msi installer so Windows Live Sign-in Assistant can be installed.
