To install download the IPA Now setup executable.
Run the program. It won't run but it needs the phonetic alphabet fonts to display the phonetics correctly.
To install the fonts, launch the root command prompt.
Then copy the twelve fonts into the fonts folder.
Then use the mkfontdir to make the font directory again.
Cache the fonts you installed.
