Description
This is a slightly updated version from the last official retail version that fixes a crash that occurred whenever Duke died during a boss battle.  To my knowledge, this update is exclusive to GOG.com.

What works

  • Installation
  • Gameplay
  • High detail graphics, with OpenGL
  • Sound

I played for several hours, with no real trouble. Everything seems to work out of the box.

What does not
I experienced occasional texture flickering, mostly after changing the graphics settings in-game, but it was rare and not particularly distracting.

What was not tested
Finishing the whole game

Additional Comments

I suspect the graphics flickering may be an issue with my graphics drivers, as nobody else seems to have mentioned it. It's not particularly distracting, in any case.

HOWTO - Double Jump Not Working
If you have probles double-jumping, it could be a problem with synchronization. You have to enable VSync. I use "__GL_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=1 wine prism3d.exe"
The should be another way by setting "Sync to VBlank" in "Nvidia SEttings/X Screen 0/OpenGL Settings"
