What works
Running the Standalone Client (downloadable here as of 7-21-2010: http://www.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=80928).
Online play functions, changing masteries, viewing spells, etc.
What does not
In-game store (does not load), in-game chat (incurs a crash). Frequently crashes when game is starting (switches from PvP.net client window to full screen app starting).
What was not tested
Rated games (requires level 30 to participate), but I'm going to assume that it works just as well as the Tutorial, Practice Game, and Normal Multiplayer games do.
Additional Comments
The only reason a bronze rating is necessary in my opinion is because the store does not currently work, which is necessary to play any champion the user wishes. In-game chat is also a pretty key part of the game that is missing. But overall, the game is quite playable and enjoyable, and at high FPS, even with maxed video settings.
