When the game was launched, a retail version was sold some copies in some japaneses resellers. Actually, the game is very dissiminated in many yaoi blogs, and is very esay to download them for free.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
The game starts and works without problems (see directions below for installing).
What does not
The game compatibility is near perfect, so far, I don't found any graphics or sound issues.
What was not tested
It takes a long time to finish the game and unlocks all CG's, so I don't see any part of the game that wasn't tested.
The only prior requirement to run this game is to enable the Japanese Locale support, without this, the game menus, characters dialogs and other text would be blank, or with weird characters.
Once you get the game files from any abandonware website, just unpack the RAR file to any desirable folder of your choice.
This is a japanese yaoi game, that's means you should enable the japanese locale as described by your distro's documentation.
In Ubuntu machines, you need to install the standard japanese fonts avaliable in Ubuntu Software Center (just search Japanese Fonts, and install them all), and set the Japanese Locale setting.
To reduce compatibility issues, I suggest to rename the main executable to a latin name (e.g. Bound_Prince.exe), so once done, just open a console emulator and execute the following command (once you get the game's folder):
LC_ALL=ja_JP wine Bound_Prince.exe
