1.3 Beta was the version that never really "made it". It was publicly released as a beta, and fixes many bugs and generally is excellent in general, but not very well known. I would recommend getting the patch to anyone that plays this game, though.

What works
Install worked just fine, no manual mounts or anything. Just stuck the discs in at the proper time.
What does not
I tried 1.2 but it couldn't read the disc, with 1.3 it can. When I first started playing the mouse was trapped in a box, but I turned off my override for dinput and it now works. It takes a long time to load, don't know why. But it runs fine and smoothly in game. I haven't tested it extensively yet, but I will update this in a while.
What was not tested
Multiplayer no games are showing up I think thats because most people are in version 1.2, but for some reason when I click on multiplayer it shows my version as 1.104 might be a bug in the version itself though. Also extensive gameplay. Will update after a while.
Additional Comments
I have winetricks, with d3xdx9 installed, so it might require that.
