What does not
Everything else. Crashes during startup with "you need a valid DX9-compatible..." error message. Video card is NVidia GeForce GTS 250 with 270.41.03 driver.


What was not tested
Nothing else could be tested, game doesn't make it through start-up.

Still the same... moaning about DirectX and stops then when trying to start the game.

Still going back to wine-1.1.33 solves this issue!
