Once the program is running, only the opening screen comes up. None of the links to use the software (and get past the opening screen) are clickable.

Anything beyond the opening screen.
Additional Comments
The program makes heavy use of the Internet Explorer engine. Installing IE 6 did not seem to help matters, nor did the Gecko HTML engine.
