What works
All functionality for data retrieval, data display, data graphing works.

additional workarounds are required to get iiUsage working with Wine
1.1.38 and later (1.1.41 is the latest version I've tested on):
copy oleaut32.dll from a WinXP box
register it
add it as a library override in winecfg
This bug has been resolved in wine-1.1.44-72-g658209b.
What does not
Note that the oleaut32 workaround will cause the font sizes in the data grid and the progress bars to be over-sized, as this workaround resolves another font-related Wine issue.
Using an authenticated proxy to fetch usage data from iiNet still does not work, due to the need to use MSXML for data retrieval on Wine (as HTTPS requests via WinHTTP fail on Wine).
