Not absolutely sure of the license but presumably the MRI lab that delivered it to me with the images has a license to distribute it. Some features require extra licenses, with those it would then fall in the retail category.

Almost everything, since I cannot see the pictures (a part from previews).

Used a sandboxed clean wineprefix with winearch set to win32.
