Additional Comments

There was initially some problems with the resolution (it defaulted to 1366x768 when the native resolution is 1920x1080), so that the screen only showed part of the display. A few ALT-TABs and ALT-Enters allowed me to see the full display in fullscreen, where I changed the resolution. On subsequent starts, it didn't automatically enter fullscreen, but ALT-TABbing fixed that.
Setup:
Arch x86-64
nVidia GTX 670M, proprietary drivers.
Enlightenment (e17) DE.
