What works
The English version of the game: game, cinematic, etc.

What does not
The localized versions do not work because the Launcher.exe program cannot copy the msi file into a temp directory. In some cases, some yellow and white band of colors appear instead of shadow or really dark colors. Maybe a texture problem or an OpenGL issue. (I got an nvidia geforce 8600GT).

What was not tested
My kids are just at the first level of the game :)

Additional Comments

I needed to install it using the command line using msiexec, that's the reason of my gold rating, else it could be platinum.

When starting the game, it immediatly crashes and this pops up:
"Failed to create d3d device. Application will now exit. Error = 0x8876086c"

Is it because of this?
"err:menubuilder:convert_to_native_icon error 0x80004005 getting frame 7
err:menubuilder:convert_to_native_icon error 0x88982F04 committing encoder"

After two full days testing the game, it works fine most of the time.
For some reason, the second gamepad connection, a saitek dual analog, is lost frequently. The first gamepad, a logitech precision works fine.

From time to time, the game is freezing in paused mode (no way to go back to the game). It might be linked to the loss of the input.

Overall, the more annoying problems are the white/yellow glitch for some textures and the fact that localized versions cannot be installed
(starting the launcher from the DVDROM directory fixes the initial problem with the msi and temp file, but does not fix the fact that despite having the installer set to French, the game is installed in English).
