Content is not displayable, but it will install. Getting it to run requires running 'winetricks vcrun6sp6' to install mfc42 and msvcp60.
Closing the application via the X button results in a crash in esbsi.exe. Closing via the menu bar works fine.

It is amazing how well it works at everything except being useful.
