my test steps:

1.install the game in a clean wine prefix
Note: near the end of the installation, an error (wmpappcompat.exe), accepting the error message.

2.Routine testing date to complete the installation of the game.

3.apply the game update patch 1.1.2.0.

4.copy the file xlive.dll inside the game folder.

5.edit the file user.reg of the wine folder and add the following lines at end of file:

7.Copy ra**r cr**k inside the game folder.

8.in wine configuration, Applications tab, add application EFLC.exe and the graphics tab select the option to emulate a virtual desktop with dimensions 1024 x 768.

Note: When you run the game, an error message (gta4Browser.exe), accepting the error message.
