Need override shdocvw DLL
If the default locale is not lt_LT.UTF-8 (almost always) then it must be generated by running 'sudo locale-gen lt_LT.UTF-8'. In this case the program must be launched with this command 'env LC_ALL="lt_LT.UTF-8" wine "C:/Program Files/Anglonas/Anglonas.exe"'
