What works
Starts UO client and most features run flawlessly.
What does not
Alt, Ctrl, or Shift modifiers do not work for hotkeys.
Checkboxes are not visible.
Always on top does not work correctly.

Think I tested it all, I will update as I run into bugs.
Additional Comments
Hotkeys defined in the client work fine with modifier keys.
Checkboxes can still be toggled by clicking on the label for that checkbox. Downside is you will never know if a box is toggled on/off.
You can also edit the settings files at ./profiles/default.xml If you use profiles for each character then you want to edit ./profiles/"character name".xml
If you accidentally toggle "Always on Top' you will have to edit your default.xml or "character name".xml to change the "AlwaysOnTop" value to "false".
