Tried to start from Wine's menu. Failing that, to get a log file:
harald@h3:~$ cd '/home/harald/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Wyse/PocketCloud Windows Companion/'
harald@h3:~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Wyse/PocketCloud Windows Companion$ wine WyseBrowser.exe &> wine.log
You can find the log at http://kiwis.se/catshit/wine/wine.log.

Using the application (since it wouldn't start..).

The Android app can be found in Android Market, as 'PocketCloud'.
