Non-Steam full version with a more recent patch applied
Old test results
The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)

What works
Everything outside dungeons works fine (sound still requires the winetricks tweak as mentioned in previous versions). Dungeons themselves are accessible.

What does not
Chests, dungeon exits and 3D bosses are still invisible. Electrojelly is invincible, barring progress beyond 10th level of the obsidian tower (unless you have a save file in which you already beaten Electrojelly).

What was not tested
Lapis Ruins and Crystal Nightmare.

Additional Comments

Experimentation shows that dungeon crashes occur more often during boss rushes and while using adventurers other than Louie.

Fixing 3d models
by Jeremy Chin on Wednesday April 20th 2011, 4:30
It may be a while until wine is properly patched to handle the 3d models (see the bug for details)

If you're using wine git, you can do a 'git revert 8cbc6e', which will make it work but could cause instability in other apps. I somehow got a patch into the tree that hacks around the bug, which was quickly reverted - this undoes the revert.

Alternatively, make sure you've got xdelta3 installed then do:
echo '1sPEAAQmcmVjZXR0ZWFyX25zLmV4ZS8vcmVjZXR0ZWFyX2ZyZXNoLmV4ZS8FgsHISgAbgsHISgABCgTtQDe56xOp3HECE4KX61gAqdxy'\
| base64 -d | xdelta3 -d -s recettear.exe /proc/self/fd/0 recettear_patched.exe

This patches the recettear binary to work even if the system claims not to have blending (effectively the same as the fix above). The resulting file should have an md5sum of 7e185d7cb2fc63e9a654d13b82714d7a .

The xdelta will probably fail if you're using the steam version (and steam will just fix it anyway). To fix this grab the 1.108 patch from Carpe Fulgur, put Recettear.exe in the steam folder (steam/steamapps/common/recettear/recettear_ns.exe or something), then patch and use that binary instead, from outside steam.
