Help (you have to manually look)
Upgrade. It downloads it and installs it, but once you re-start the program the upgrade is not there. This is critical, since without the upgrade you can't file your return via NetFile
What was not tested
Sending file to CRA, since upgrade does not work.

If anyone can help figure out why the upgrade does not work, please do so.
