The game works fine, it lacks the Platinum rating just because the game cannot start without MSVCP100.dll.
I tested: few tracks; changing resolution in game; the editor (making a simple track and playing it); making a new human driver with a different set of control keys.

I use WINEARCH=win32, so as suggested in readme.txt I downloaded vcredist_x86.exe from http://bit.ly/cJT7Gy.
I installed it with `vcredist_x86.exe -q' and the game worked fine.

the only thing i want to add to this description is that to let generally works, you need to find online and downlad the file MSVCP100.dll , AND PUT IT IN THE GENERALLY FOLDER.
