For installer to work you need to place arial.ttf to wine fonts folder.

Game Freeze

Running with WINEDEBUG=fixme-all (to get rid of the insane amount of fixmes that show up while running shadowbane), this is the error that I get when the game freezes: err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7d41f820 "x11drv_main.c: X11DRV_CritSection" wait timed out in thread 0025, blocked by 0032, retrying (60 sec)
Other than that, everything seems to run smoothly. The game no longer locks up X, and I don't see any corrupted graphics.
This is with wine 1.1.4. I'll add my own testing data once I'm coherent.
