What works
Almost everything works great. It installs and runs smoothly.
What does not
After it finishes OCRing it attempts to open the resulting PDF. That does not work because I haven't installed Adobe Reader under Wine. Ideally it would be nice if it would launch a Linux PDF reader like Okular. Maybe there's a way to configure that. Sometimes there are slight bugs in focus handling but it's not a problem. Also it was unable to access my network scanner, even though it is available through sane. Again, maybe it could access a locally-connected scanner, or it could get the network scanner with some other configuration options. In general, this is a great OCR program and it runs great under Wine. I use it daily and do not experience any problems with it.
What was not tested
I tested all the major capabilities.
Additional Comments
It just works. If they could improve the TWAIN interface to make it work more easily with my network scanner, and if it could launch Okular to view the resulting PDF, this would be flawless, just as good as running it under native Windows.
