downloaded the same day as i posted this. i have no info regarding the version right now.

the GUI works fine Starting Games , Playing games if you can play with no mouse.

mouse input, except for in the menu there it works.

HOWTO bypass the

 When you are unable to connect to the onlive service make sure you have allowed connections to "DS.onlive.net" in your firewall. you can temporarly disable it by running  sudo ufw disable in a terminal window

Stopped working with thread lock

This has just stopped working for me with these errors:
