setup.exe must be in current directory

You have to cd to the directory containing setup.exe,
or at least on my system, the setup aborts early with no
warnings and no window.
Once you do get the installer to start, it seems to run
fine. There is a crash after the installer reboots Wine,
but it doesn't seem to affect anything. See
