regsvr32 advapi32.dll
regsvr32 kernel32.dll
regsvr32 ws2_32.dll

Which have been known to cause bug managers to close bugs as invalid giving the reason "You have too many DLLs."

The game installs, and will bring up the game launcher, but crashes when the game starts
