What works
With the portable version now everything works (comments, open, save, multiple tabs, zooming, scrolling, etc.)
What does not
When using any installer the program would just crash everytime I save a document (it saved but then crashed). Other than that it ran smoothly.
The "About" window doesn't work (never did for me under wine).

I replaced the files in the pdf-xchange program folder with those of the portable version and now everything runs smoothly.
