All installed apps either simply do not run, or fail with an error message: "The UI language list file cannot be located. Registry is corrupt.".
Actually, the Corel installer _does_ fail to install some files; however, copying the files from the working copy of CorelDraw does not help. BTW, the solution described here did not help.
