What works

Genesis emulation (played sonic all the way through)

Joystick input (using 2 different adapters at a time works, as well as using 2 joysticks on 1 adapter)

Sound/video was fine, fullscreen works (but did not test anything other than native resolution)

As mentioned in other cases, the program frame will disappear after returning from fullscreen - this is only a minor problem really.
