Originally released in 2010. Version 10 shifted exclusively to the SQL server model, command prompt backup capability, and desktop extensions.
SP3 adds support for MS Office 2010, Timeslips 2010, Paperport 12, HotDocs Player 2010, and Worldox GX2, as well as numerous bug fixes and all of the previous updates and fixes in SP1 and SP2.

What works
The program installs and starts.
What does not
Cannot change data file location information because the file location utility displays as black bars instead of text and doesn't allow text input on keyboard (only backspace works).
This keeps the program from connecting to the server, and therefore keeps the program from going beyond the initial startup.
What was not tested
Everything past program startup, due to inability to get the install to connect to the server.
