I use KDE on x64 without SAMBA installed:
I had to install
- 'gnome-keyring' in x32 version to provide
/usr/lib/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so
- 'samba-windbind" to provide /usr/bin/ntlm_auth
May be in your case other packages are missing.
Start wine from shell and missing packages will be written.
