What works
Install works just fine.
What does not
v8 version dgns are only read only drawings. When opened in v7 dgn the file was able to be modified for a short while until save errors were present.
What was not tested
Many of the functions and tools in microstation were not tested. The program brought up 2 error when attempting to add text to a v7 dgn and it became a constant error.

I am really interested in seeing this get up an running.
