Just download and install the game from homepage. Make sure all additional software is marked to install during installation (DirectX, vcrun etc......).

nothing .. the special downloader .exe - the game is not distributed as direct download - crashed.

Fix for missing "Play" button

Initially after installing from Steam the launcher would come up and patch the game but the orange "play" button in the lower right hand corner would NOT show up. I did some digging and it looks like their launcher is Internet Explorer (IE)-based. Using winetricks I installed IE8 into the same prefix, the launcher how displays the button and it is clickable.
Unfortunately the game dies on launch for me but I suspect this is another issue. Thought some more info would be helpful though for others.
The game works fine with decent fps on full graphic settings but only in the training mode, as I open the server browser it freeze with no errors in console.
Could be related to the fact I had problems with the .net installation?
