Fireworks MX 2004
lets users import files from all major graphics formats and manipulate both vector and bitmap images to quickly create graphics and interactivity. Images can be easily exported to Dreamweaver, Flash and third-party applications.
Old test results
The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
What works
Everything I tested in the GUI–vectors, bitmaps, text, effects, and so on.
What does not
When browsing to open a file, every folder opened results in an "Internal Error Occurred" error. This makes it quite hard to navigate, but does not make the program unusable, as browsing folders is not the most important thing.
Save as, or exporting slices. Trying to export a single slice, for example, returns an error about the file already existing (when it didn't) and writing ever other slice as well. Save as doesn't work at all.
Dragging and dropping from Nautilus to Fireworks (this works in Fireworks 8).
What was not tested
Not much as far as I know.
Additional Comments
It works but with major issues with saving and exporting, I rate this as Bronze, as those are part of daily use. Some may not need exporting, and therefore it may be fine for them. The "Internal Error Occurred" dialog boxes are annoying, but they do not seem to affect the application. Dragging and dropping files onto the GUI does not work, which is a pain.
