Sub Station Alpha is a video subtitling program aimed at anime fansubbers. It runs under Windows PCs. It is intended to allow quick and easy script generation/timing and produce high quality subtitles.
Although aimed primarily at anime fansubbers, it is equally useful for video titling and for making karaoke videos.
