Open the
windows registry editor by issuing the command "wine regedit" at a
terminal prompt. Search the entire registry for "winebrowser". Every
instance of C:\...winebrowser.exe -nohome should be replaced with
c:\...winebrowser.exe %1 - This will get the external links to registration websites working
Disable both ALSA and OSS making sure to enableEsound this will make all the sound work without any crashes.
What does not
Saving settings, hand history and player searches is still something that has not been absolutely solved. All except saving find player information work on my machine ever since I opened the registry editor but that's not working for everyone.

I know that saving settings is a flaw in the game itself, but you can play and win poker flawlessly with no crashes any longer.
When working, the program has serious drawing issues with some of the card table setups - you may not be able to see your cards in some of the views. Try the play money tables first.
