What works

The installer does start, but fails at a 'Configuring Windows Installer' stage.

What does not

The installer fails with the following message:

Error Number: 0x80040706
Description: Object reference not set

What was not tested
The operation of the program itself could not be tested.

Additional Comments

I tried to circumvent the installation problem by installing on Windows and then moving the exes and libraries by hand to Wine. Didn't work -- perhaps some registry magic would do the trick, but I don't have time for that.

wine 0.9.1 (without Windows libraries) was the version used. CVS doesn't compile as of November 21.
