Description
Windows Media Player plays streaming video and stuff. Also check out CrossOver Plugin by CodeWeavers. This software package will allow you to use Windows Media Player 6.4 as a plugin with Linux web browsers.

HOWTO

Windows Media Player 6.4 does not work wtih Wine version 0.9.11 and newer, as these create many fake DLLs in the system32 directory.
