all the rest... it still crashes in the fixme:amstream:IMediaStreamImpl_GetMultiMediaStream

but IIRC, in previous versions it could run a little more before crashing

crashs in the intro movies

this might help somewhat... it still cashes in the menu

rename both intro. movie files (intro.mpg and TotalWar.mpg) in Medieval - Total War\Credits\Legals\ to something else. Now starting MTW will skip the intro.
