What works

Version: 1.0

Installation and setup works quite well. The game crahses immediatly when starting.

What does not
Depending on wine settings starting up the game goes further or not. Sound settings seem play an important role. With the default graphic resolution I could see a progress bar when the game is started. Never say a movie. A lot of error messages are printed about unimplemented DirectX 3D features.

What was not tested
The game itself becuase it doesn't work.

Additional Comments

Tomb Raider III already works well! Go On!

Funky texture/model problem
by andreas on Friday July 11th 2008, 20:48
I managed to get running as described above, running wine 1.1.0. Everything seems to run fine, regardless of the settings (although it did crash with software render once or twice), except that it looks like the textures are smothered against the viewport. As near as I can tell, everything else works. Saving, loading, jumping, weapons, sound, death, etc. I can even make out character's shadows (both enemy, and lara's), as well as fire and smoke where you'd expect them to be, and all overlays work well.

In fact, the only thing that doesn't seem to work at the moment, is the models placement (too close to view port), or something.
