All parts of the application suite fail to load. On every occasion, the error message, "Virtual CD is not running." is presented after a few minutes of almost no response. (There are multiple .exe files, all of which cause the same error message after a period of time.)

Everything aside from launching the program and installing, as it fails to launch.
