When skins are on, the application behaves strange (for example roster window must be resized to become visible) and works really slow.

Audio- & videoconferences, sending files and most of nasty functions.
Additional Comments
Needs IE and Flash Player installed ("If you can't see our adverts, kiss us in the ass" - don't know how to write it in English).
