When running vstudio.exe a window pops up with the title "u32cfg" and the window contents of "Unable to read version information from the file C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 7 SE DVD\vstudio.exe. Insufficient memory or system resources low."
What was not tested
Everything past this u32cfg message was not tested.

This seems to be similar to the Ulead PhotoImpact error also posted here.
