OpenGL vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO
OpenGL version string: 2.1.9016
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.40
Tried all levels on "High" settings, no glitches what-so-ever.
Post-proc filters are slow, so disabling them is best.
No hacks were used, just installed straight from the disc, no patch or anything else required.
Sometimes the sound will stop, pressing Esc twice will fix this.
All sound in cut scenes work, except for the very first cut scene when starting a new game.
Very laggy and unresponsive

Installed fine although a mission 6 file was corrupted. This is due to the copy of the game I have gotten. So its not unlikely the game is the cause of my problems. Game loads and looks great but is very slow and laggy. Froze even trying to quit in the first mission. Makes it impossible for me to play. All of my directx .dlls are installed and working properly. Output of glxinfo on my machine is as follows.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI Radeon HD 4200
OpenGL version string: 3.3.11653 Compatibility Profile Context
As I saw earlier I could simply be experiencing problems also due to my ATI catalyst. One thing that might help other people as this helped me play hitman contracts and other games flawlessly is to disable the vertex and pixel shaders. You can do this by adding a key to the registry or depending on your wine version the setting is under the graphics tab in winecfg. Information on adding the registry key can be found in the wine wiki. I only had to add to the registry because I am running wine 1.4 and there is no options in the winecfg. I am also running wine with the windows 7 setting. Any input would be helpful as to what I could do.
wine thinks setup.exe is a 64bit executable

When I try to install the game I get this message
I thought it was because I'm running a 64bit version of Ubuntu and that the wine I was using was also 64bit, that this was a problem. But the problem also exists with my 32bit Ubuntu laptop
err:process:create_process starting 64-bit process L"Z:\\media\\iso\\setup.exe" not supported in 32-bit wineprefix
wine: Bad EXE format for Z:\media\iso\setup.exe

Hi I'm using Wine 1.2.2.
I am installing Hitman Blood Money also with the DirectX. Everything is fine until i start the game. The monitor turns blank with but the sounds is normal. I am only see loading status red bar at the first. Then it was dissappeared and only the sounds playing without any graphics. My laptop using Intel VGA 256MB. Does anyone know what is the problem and how to solve it? because it runs normally in Windows with the same hardware specification.

Hey, I'm new to WINE, i don't want to further work with it or anything, i just want hitman to work and it doesn't.
The Game starts, shows the NVIDIA- and IO-Games Trailer but then gives me a black screen. i can hear the Ave Maria Music though.
I'm on a Mac Mini with a GMA950 ( i know it might be not supported, but it could at least open the menu ).
When i tried Hitman Contracts for example, i was able to start missions, but the textures where almost all invisible or grey. thought maybe bloodmoney would work...
