Version 3.0 is freely available from Fujitsu website, but do not come with documentation and the "enterprise tools". Tested with the FULL Enterprise bundle.

What works
Installer works, but you must install EVERYTHING if you're using the Enterprise version, otherwise installer (an InstallShield 3?) may freeze if you uncheck a component. If you want, you can later delete the folders for the undesired components once setup is done.
GUI designer (PowerCOBOL) works fine, but...
- If you switch to another workspace, GUI will stop working and dissapear, although window border will be there for the main toolbar, so you can freely close PowerCOBOL.
- Sheets have drawing problems on the backgrounds, nothing serious.
- For some weird reason, linker requires native MSVCRT.dll or it will fail with a weird "memory" error.
What does not
Debugger seems to not be able to hook to created processes, so you can't debug your PowerCOBOL programs
