The program does not run. When started from the command line it gives the message:

The application show the startup splash screen, and show a messagebox with the heading "Error" and message "Runtime error 501 (128). When you click the "OK" button, the application windows dissapear, and a another messagebox appears : heading "Ct-art", message "Cannot change Visible in OnShow or OnHide."
