Additional Comments

I am using OpenSuse 10.3 and Wine 0.9.54. I did all the above steps but I couldn't make Protel DXP work. So, I still have some doubts:

On step 4, I had to make a copy of riched20.dll and riched32.dll, but these files were already in wine's system32 directory. So, I only replaced them (but with the original files it didn't work too)

On step 7, I didn't find anywhere the file docbox.api, so I copied it from a Windows machine. At least, I ran DXP, but I got the following message:

err:module:import_dll Library ODBC32.DLL (which is needed by L"C:\\Arquivos de programas\\Altium2004\\System\\FileSystem_DDB.dll") not found

So, I changed "odbc32 (native)" to "odbc32 (builtin)", but it didn't work and I got the following message:

Exception EAccessViolation in module DXP.exe at (...). Read of address 00000000.

I think that I followed all the steps in a right manner. So, maybe the new version of wine is broken or DXP don't work in OpenSuse 10.3.
