What does not

Needs a NoCD crack to bypass SafeDisc. (Bug 219)

Needs native dinput.dll, or else the mouse is unusable.

The animated cursor renders with glitches. (Bug 10708)

Clicking things is a bit hard. You need to move the mouse a teensy bit before letting go. It's someting you have to get used to.
